Bounded by Ontare Road, Foothill Road, Alamar Avenue, and State Street, the San Roque-Rutherford Park area is one of Santa Barbara’s choicest neighborhoods. It is located northwest of downtown and if you take the Las Positas exit from Highway 101 and head towards the mountains, you’ll dead end right into it.
