1. A custom website will be created for the property featuring high resolution images and    aerial photography and video.

2. The property will be listed on the Santa Barbara Multiple Listing Service with detailed  descriptions and high resolution images and a link to the website.

3. Brokers Tours will be held to attract all of the best brokers and agents in town.  These  events will feature catered food and raffles to attract as many people possible.

4. A For Sale sign will be placed on the property and 500 just listed cards will be mailed to  area residents.

5. A custom e-mail blast with photos and a link to the property website will be sent to several thousand Berkshire Hathaway agents throughout southern California.   

6. A custom color property brochure will be created and distributed.

7. An Open House will be done every weekend until the property is sold.  David will personally be present at all of the open houses.

8. The listing will appear in all relevant real estate print periodicals such as CASA, the  Independent, and Santa Barbara News Press.

9. The property will have 24 hour a day exposure on the following websites: Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Redfin.com and davidmarchettirealty.com.

10. Your property will be discussed on DMR social media outlets such as Instagram, Houzz and Facebook.
